Shipping and Returns
I am pleased to offer international shipping and free standard/regular parcel shipping within Canada for unframed art.
Originals ship within 1-2 business days. Prints typically take 5-7 business days for processing. You will be notified as soon as your art ships along with the tracking number.

International shipping is calculated using a number of factors including the size and weight of parcel and the destination country/region. The price and estimated time for delivery can be viewed at checkout once your shipping address is entered.
CUSTOMS OR IMPORT DUTIES
The total cost to you at checkout will exclude local provincial and federal taxes. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Kelly Nicole Art Inc. is not responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance and applicable duty, so please be aware that customers will be required to pay for these in full. Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination country's customs authorities and is based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased, and the classification of that merchandise. Value Added Tax (VAT) rates are set by the destination country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. Delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
When your art arrives, please inspect the carton for damage that may have occurred during the shipping process. It is normal for the package to show some wear; however if there is damage to the item(s) in your shipment please notify me immediately at email@example.com to begin the return process. Please indicate your order number and retain the shipping tube, packaging materials and damaged items.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 14 days of delivery and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Return shipment costs and shipping insurance are the responsibility of the customer. Please note returns will not be issued if there is any damage (other than damage caused by shipping) to the artwork or if artwork is not returned in it's original packaging.
To make a return:
Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for return. If the artwork was damaged during shipping, please also send one photo of the damaged art and one of the damaged package. Once your return is approved (usually within 2 business days), carefully package everything back in original packaging and mail with the correct amount of shipping insurance for purchase price to the address provided to you in your Approved Return Email.
